In Italy, production plants are headquartered in Confienza (PV). The entire area, encompassing over 10,000 square meters, contains equipment for the production of semi-finished products (turbo emulsifiers/ fusers, mixers/compressors) and dedicated packaging lines, varied automation (4,000 m2), warehouses (4,500 m2), offices and laboratories (1,500 m2

Production is divided between cosmetic products, medical devices and dietary supplements (in tablets).
In 2008, 5,000 tons of semi-finished products were produced, up by a factor of 2.5% from 2007. Also, an advance in production processes yielded, in terms of the finished products, an increase of 6%: 22.10 million of bottles and tubes, 29.90 million of sachets/wipes and 1.30 million of tablets.

The pride of the plant lies in the demineralized water station and the distribution circuit that guarantees the supply of highly purified water for the manufacture of products and ensures a consistent quality of excellence. The laboratories are equipped for Quality Control analyses, both chemical and microbiological, and for Research and Development activities. Production quality is ensured by certifications ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and by Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716).
